Internationally accomplished and community-driven, Abdul Hasib "Zi" Azizi represents the veritable face of the American dream. Born and raised in Kabul, Afghanistan, Zi's global upbringing fostered a passion for waterfront living, a skill set in five languages (English, Dari, Pashto, Farsi, and Urdu) and a perspective that bridges cultures and customers worldwide.
After earning his bachelor's degree in business administration, management, economics and finance from the Swiss University in Kabul, Zi immigrated to St. Petersburg, Florida, where he quickly embedded himself in the city's business, civic and cultural life. Licensed as a REALTOR® in 2015 and now a broker associate with Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Zi has built a thriving practice in luxury waterfront properties.
Zi's influence extends beyond real estate. He is the President-elect of the Rotary Club of St. Petersburg 2026-2027, recently honored in Rotary International Magazine and served on the boards of Rotary Camp Florida and multiple civic organizations. A Paul Harris Fellow and community leader, Zi has also been featured in U.S. News & World Report and the Tampa Bay Times, and he has spoken at global forums, including the St. Petersburg Conference on World Affairs and Eckerd College.
When not advising customers, Zi lives the lifestyle he sells. He regularly attends classic car shows and Concours d'Elegance events, where his appreciation for timeless design and craftsmanship mirrors the qualities of the luxury homes he represents. He also travels frequently to luxury mountain properties in North Carolina's Great Smoky Mountains, where he enjoys kayaking on the Nantahala and nearby rivers as well as hiking the region's stunning gorges and trails. In addition, Zi is active in NASCAR, a passion that connects him to a community of collectors, investors and enthusiasts whose interest in performance, heritage and design often parallels the very qualities sought in luxury real estate.
With a unique blend of international perspective, business acumen and community leadership, Zi delivers more than successful transactions; he provides customers with trust, advocacy and a pathway into Florida's most vibrant lifestyles.
